Do the paint by number kits come with paint and brushes?

Yes! All our kits come with a numbered canvas and all the paints you need to complete your painting and a pack of 4 wooden brushes
What happens if I run out of paints or one of my paints has dried up?

You shouldn't run out of paints, but if you find you have run out of a colour, please email us on creativehero.nz@gmail.com and we will send you a replacement pottle. Sometimes our suppliers send us a kit that has a partially opened pottle or one of the colours has dried up. Let us know and we will rectify this for you!
How long does shipping take?

Our shipping is usually very quick. We send out orders either the same day they come in or the next day. Couriers these days can be under a lot of stress, so at times you can expect delays. You can expect your package either overnight or 2-3 days or a little more if you are rural. Once we complete your order we will send you the tracking details.
How do I know how difficult a painting is?

On each of our products on our website, when you click into the product you will see a description of the painting, and you will also see a photo of the actual canvas, so you can see how detailed the painting is. We have also rated each painting out of 5 as to the difficulty. 1 being low to 5 being very detailed. If you are beginner, you will be fine with a 2 to a 3.5 rated painting. They are not necessarily difficult, they are just more time consuming, and a 4 or 5 painting would suit someone who has done a few and can handle the patience hahaha! We want you to enjoy and finish your painting, so choose something you know you will enjoy x
